Went for my first curly cut, I have 2b-2c wavy hair. Ellie was amazing with explaining the cut and listening to my needs for my hair. The welcoming staff really made me feel at ease whilst using a new hair salon. To the lovely woman who washed and prepped my hair for styling, you are amazing in talking through the products and helping me with my everyday maintenance.

I used to be in a different salon and my hairdresser quit so I decided to try this one. I booked an appointment the day before and to my suprise I've got an appointment for the next day. I've been booked with Matt. Alright. My hair were in a state that no curly woman wants. They've been dry, unmanageable, dehydrated, flat. Mind you I do not care about my length as long as I can tie them back for work. I've been early (30 mins) so I booked myself in and immediately been offered a drink. I refused but that was nice touch. After around 25 mins I went for a cigarette and Matt kindly waited for me. I sat down, we had a nice consultation and he asked me what I expected. I said I want my hair to look decent again as recently I just tie them back everyday to look human. You can even see face expression change on the pictures. He dry cut my hair (I have at best 2c hair) making sure length is proper an acceptable. After we went to wash and I had a massage! Imagine having washed hair and Back and legs massaged by the chair. Awesome. After wash drying was qick and efficient and I nearly fall asleep as it was relaxing. Then some trim to fix any uneven strands and off I went. I love how my hair got the curls back and I feel 2 pounds lighter. I want them to be down, no need to tie them back. I have received card with all the products used with measurements how much been used and I took conditioner (needed one anyway). Went home and now looking in the mirror absolutely amazed. I will be coming back in January before my birthday and I cannot wait. Mind you I also have ADHD and sometimes say stupid things and Matt was laughing with me and even answered my questions without even a twitch in the eye. Loved the experience and can absolutely recommend

100% my FAVOURITE place to get my hair cut. I've never got on with getting my hair cut until Spring (even at other curly hair specialists), they are so brilliant and I will never go anywhere else. You can expect pure *excellence* from your visit to Spring, everything is perfect; the salon, the products, the staff, the cut... (oh they're so good!)

I visited Spring today for a cut with Matt and I’m genuinely so happy with it. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, but despite my very vague explanation, Matt gave me exactly what I needed. My hair feels bouncy, soft, healthy and I left feeling so confident. Everyone in the salon was super welcoming, and the stylist who washed my hair took the time to explain the products and how to use them (sorry I didn’t catch your name). Matt made me feel comfortable straight away, kept me laughing (he’s hilarious) and I walked out so ready for the Christmas parties. Thank you 🎄✨

My stylist Ellie was super nice and professional and she styled my hair extremely well! I felt very welcome and comfortable in the salon - I was offered a drink as soon as I came in, as well as the massage feature on the chair while I was getting my hair washed which relaxed me to the max!!!! Ellie talked me through the whole process, gave me some advice on styling, maintenance etc and provided me with a step by step walkthrough of the routine she did on my hair. I was initially hesitant to book with any salon as I’ve previously had bad experiences but Curly Springs proved me right!!! Massive thanks to Ellie it was a pleasure 😁😁💕✨✨😆 see below for before and afters!!
